Our Story

Caserta Training is run by the Monaco brothers: Robert, Scott and Jimmy. All three began their careers in investment banking, then went on to private equity, venture capital, hedge funds, corporate leadership and building companies of their own.

Between us we hold MBAs from Harvard, Stanford and Wharton, and we have sat on every side of the table: advising on deals, investing in them, running the companies afterwards and raising capital as founders. We built Caserta Training to teach finance the way it is practiced, in a format that is engaging and interactive. More broadly, Caserta is an education technology company that promotes intellectual curiosity and self-improvement in the age of AI.

Our crest carries the motto Sapere Aude: dare to know. It guides every session, whether we are preparing a student for a superday, getting a new analyst desk-ready or training a team at a global firm. We want participants to engage deeply with the material and with one another.

We author all of our content ourselves, drawing on our professional experience. We studied these topics in undergraduate and graduate programs, then applied them as practitioners at firms of different sizes and in different markets. Having done business on six continents, we bring the most relevant, current examples to every group we teach.
